Water Hydrilla, Zebra mussels, and giant Salvinia. They all have one thing in common to “to take over” . They have already taken over 80% of lakes in Texas, but I don’t think I’m ready to put the white flag up just yet. Mutated Weevils and Clean,dry, and drain are two solutions that will best ensure aquatic plants to have positive effect on East Texas Ecosystem.

Aquatic-water,invasive-Coming over here that are not native,Native-Where they grow their habitat, and Exotic-From a distant place. Invasive species take over everything in their path.”Invasive species can kill a lake and giant Salvinia is the worst of the lot capable of doubling its coverage in less than a week”chemicals,spraying, and detection there are many solutions, but they are just not working, but if we can put the old solutions behind us and get ones that work.

One way to stop invasive species is to give weevils hormones because they have been working in the past,but not enough so if we give them hormones and let them grow they can eat more giant
Salvinia.”Universities are working on biocontrol’s expand them” this will make them very big and eat more. “Scientist have been working to give weevils hormones” so they can help more.

Another way is to clean,dry, and drain your boat.”In Texas if you get caught with invasive species on your boat the consequence can be up to $2,000 and 180 days in jail” the consequence is bad because the invasive species can spread very quickly. “If you get a ticket from the game warden, it can be up to $500” The Game Wardens try to make it to where you clean your boat.

Mutated Weevils and clean,dry, and drain your boat are the two best solutions to provide a positive outcome on East Texas Ecosystem. Just think if you don’t help who will? The time is now and we need every soldier fighting on the battle ground, because it’s not over yet, but who are you going to help??

When you think of school what do you say?, but just think how people on the other side of the world feel. Malala is teenager from Pakistan. In her book I Am Malala. It shows how she feels about education. Malala risked her life for education. People on the other side of the world value school because they don’t get the privilege, but some think it’s a given here’s some reasons why children think different about school.

People on the other side of the world value school so much! On the other side of the world they go to school all they can. It’s a privilege for them to be able to go to school, in fact for them education is the key to life. Malala said,”I’m not afraid I will get my education even if I have to sit on the floor” they value school so much! Wow people value school so much for them to learn they will sit on the floor. On the other side of the world people go all they can. They have almost no school supplies! On the other side of the world people value school so much because they don’t get the privilege many times.


Here we just think school is a given, however here we don’t have to beg, walk, or fight for school, not to mention it will always just around the corner. Malala said,”Fighting is in Afghanistan, it won’t come into Pakistan” she thought they won’t come like peace is a given like school is a given. All we have to do is walk ten steps to the car. We don’t value school so much because we think it’s a given. Here we have a great advantage. We have someone to drive us and we also have many supplies. Here we don’t value school so much, because we think it is a given.


Malala stood up for education. Here we don’t value school so much, because we think it’s a given, on the other hand they value school so much because it’s a privilege. In I Am Malala, Malala is teenager in Pakistan and her book shows what she thinks about Education.

Malala made her voice shine bright because, she wanted all people to have the same equal rights. Malala went to school even when girls were not suppose to but despite it all, Malala still went to school all she could. 4 out of 5 people in Pakistan don’t get a fair education. Even when the Taliban said she should be killed however Malala didn’t stop going to school and, above all standing up for everyone. “He googled my name ,Malala Yousafzai, the Taliban said the”She should be Killed”, “Malala”,I said to myself say what’s in your heart!, “Follow your heart”, said her father. Malala’s voice brightly shines, because she wanted peace and people all over the world to have equal rights.

  ? Education is important to Malala because, She feels that she has the same rights as others, and above all nobody could tell her she didn’t. “Why send a girl to school?”,one man asked. ”She does not need a education to run a house”, said another man.  Men are saying that girls need to stay home to clean, and not get a education. “Malala will live as free as a bird”, said her father.  “I will never cover my face like that father”,said Malala. Her father told her to be free. In Pakistan girls had to wear cloths that cover their face ,and yet boy didn’t.Learning is so significant to Malala, She stood up for others and she thought that everyone is equal and she is right.? 

Using Technology to communicate and communicating in person are alike, and they are a big help in life. Here are some similarities between communicating in person and communicating with technology.

Here are some similarities between communicating in technology and communicating in person. It is easy to bully both ways when you are talking in person or communicating in technology. Like at school when you are using technology and start to bullying people also,when you are at recess and you start to bully people it is easy to bully in both ways. There can always be a misunderstanding in both ways when communicating through technology or communicating in person. Like when someone is texting another person they text dear,but they are really meaning the animal deer. Another example when someone is texting and they spell something wrong the person is not going to get the picture. Those are just some similarities between communicating in technology,and communicating in person.
     Here are some differences between communicating in person and communicating through technology. It is easier to share your feelings in person because, someone can see your face,tone and mood. It is harder to share your feelings through technology because, they can’t see your face and mood. Like if I’m talking to my mom on the phone she can’t she my face she can only hear how I’m talking. When I’m in person it is easier to share tone,mood because the person can see you face. Communicating in technology it is easier to talk to people wherever you are. When you are trying to talk to them in person it might be hard to go around the world. In communicating in technology it is easier. To just call and talk to your family across the world rather than, in communicating in person you have to go across the world if you have family on the other side of the world.
Those are just some differences between communicating in person and communicating through technology. Using both are very good,but it is always good to keep a good social life.

I would like to talk about the changes I saw in the story Out of my mind for instance On page 137 it said that Melody
had just got her Medi-talker that she really needed to be understood more she said ”it’s like I can talk now”,”Hi dad hi mom I’m so happy I can talk now.Since Melody was not able to control herself mostly in a way she can’t talk she can’t feed herself she can’t even go to the bathroom by herself .Melody has changed she now thinks she is now able to have friends, “I am so happy I feel like hugging the machine. However Adults and people can now understand her because of the medi-talker and they now understand her.I have seen not only she change but other people around her to she is now able to show how smart she is.Melody has changed and she is happy to be alive and well these are the changes I saw in Out of my mind.
